Finished the Shamus block using grey button Zombie fabric I got in a set of fat quarters a while back. His little jacket is from another fat quarter set Beatles Yellow Submarine. Fairy frost for his ‘sky’ and neato green from a fabric swap last year. Threw on some buttons and a yellow doily…Continue
The main activity for this week was my "Reflections of Butterflies in Lemonade" quilt top.
I started this quilt on Tuesday. It's the Disappearing Hourglass block from Missouri Star's Quilt Block magazine, the latest issue. There's also a video of how to make it on …
This was hubby's birthday weekend, neighborhood surprise party and making double tray of meatballs for a charity. I'm cooking for a birthday dinner on Friday a.m. when the phone rings and it's longtime fiends wanting to know if we had plans...thought they would come for an overnight. So what does one do when it starts raining? I finished the mariner quilt the other night, (see earlier post). I've had my next project loaded on the LA sense taking the other off but I haven't figured out all the quilting designs to fill up the space. Deciding that it…Continue
