I just checked on this and customer service is going to e-mail you. The applique template was missing in the pattern.

I don't find this site very user friendly and need help to learn the best way to communicate with my friends who send me comments or anything else for that matter. How can I learn to navigate and see these comments?

I agree. I would like to see the discussion threads organized so that the most recent comment is up front and the oldest comments at the end. Easier than wading through everything you have already read to find new posts.

I just noticed that "gifts" were avalible to give to others. What exactly are those? I noticed that "credits" were needed to give all but one of the gifts. What are credits and how do you get them?
