Quilt With Us

I've been using Quilt Pro (version 4) since I started designing my own quilts. QuiltPro is still out there, so I can buy the latest version that is Vista compatible (I upgraded laptops last year and version 4 is a bit clutzy). Electric Quilt seems to be much more dominant, but I've never used it. I have much of my stash scanned as bitmap files on the computer, so I can design using the fabrics I have in mind. I work full time and have a child who lives for extracurricular activities, so my quilting time is hard won. I don't want to have to convert files to another format if I switch programs.

Has anyone used both QuiltPro and Electric Quilt that could comment on the the pros and cons of switching over?
