Using embroidery with quilting
Hi,
I am currently trying to start embroidery classes here in my home for people who own Viking machines. I am in the process of remodeling a portion of my basement for a large sewing room to have enough space for at least 8 sewers. I love to use the embroidery part of my machine. I just finished making a purse and incorporated some embroidery on the top half. Turned out beautifully. I am new to the site and have not yet figured out how to post pictures of my work , or a pic of myself. When I have it figured out I would love to share ideas about using embroidery in quilting as well as some of the designs that I own.

Hi Linda! There are six (6) small icons on the tool bar just above the "text" area where you enter your message. The first one is B which will BOLD your text. The sixth one is a camera. Click on the camera and you will be able to download a photo. Hope this helps. Rebecca

Thanks for the info on the photo download. I will try to get to it in the next couple of days. Today I am sewing with a friend. I am so upset because my machine is acting up and I may need to take it in for repair. Yes, I do have another machine to sew on, but I was doing some embroidery on a quilt I was working on for a friend and I wanted to get in finished. I thougt if I got it finished in time for the weekend I could sew the binding at work if it wasn't busy. Oh well, there are worst things out there. Well gotta go. Nice day to sew here as it is raining and cool.
