Very nice, Brenda.

We've certainly been quiet in here. Wow, an entire year has past since anyone has posted. Perhaps it's time we got a swap planned. (As soon as our Blessings one is finished)

Today I finished a postcard for Easter.  It has thread painting and a few crystals.

You did a wonderful job on them, Cindy.  I'm sure they will be treasured and appreciated ;)

Oh, I so agree!  We can use the space as we like, and more for quilting, the better!

Great sewing room Gwen. You're really going to enjoy it. Your home sounds like what we've done, four bedrooms are actually two with computer/office, train room and DD's room. Hey, we've earned the right to use the rooms as we please : ~) That's my story and sticking to it.

Yes, the cards are 4x6, or a tad longer. When Pam (NY) asked for cards for her brother and roommates I made these so they'd each have one they could hang up or do whatever they wanted with them . (They're in a group home for developmentmentally challenged adults, most of them not having family. ) They were fun and addictive to make.

Son Andrew came in for Christmas for Anchorage, AK (he's Army), and all the kids were gathered, which was so nice. I did get some baking done, and now I'm finally coming up for some air and taking a deep breath..We still have some tweaking to do, but we are somewhat settled. I am enjoying the "new to us home" ;)

Cindy, your cards are so sweet; are they 4x6's?  They are so much fun to make!

I haven't done any sewing, not even threading a needle since moving, and actually before, as I was packing..whew!! ..wow, and my sister says she wants to see some production this year...lol..like my bed quilts too..

It sure helps to be able to find stuff when I want to make something, that's for sure!

Well, I wish everyone the best of everything in 2016! ;)

Hi everyone!

Finally moved and getting organized. lots of whilrwind action going on with moving truckloads at a time in Sept, then the holidays, so I was busy busy...went from a two-story farmhouse to a three bedroom ranch, which is a one bedroom now, and a sewing room, and computer/library room, yah!! Here's a peek at the sewing room-

and part B;)

Looks like you have been having fun. These are fun projects that finish quickly I like projects like that, they are fun to pop in between the big projects.
Nice to see some action here it's been quiet on here for a while.

Thought I would share some post cards I've been working on. Having fun making them.

I've been missing y'all, and have found my way back.  What are y'all up to?
