There is a lot of stitching, all the purse blocks (lots of fun) and then I did stitching on some, but not all, of the crazy quilt blocks. The beadwork was a lot too and that was done after it was quilted.

A year late isn't bad :) It is beautiful and looks like it was a lot of stitching!!

A year later than my "plan" but got the Heirloom Romance quilt finished for Jenna. I did a different border than the pattern had. Really am pleased with how it turned out.

A little closer view of a few of the purses/blocks:

QuiltDragon--I also use the window method on larger pieces. Wonder Under mega years ago was stiffer than the current. I hadn't cut windows with the trees. I just did the scrunch test on the quilt. There is no difference in feel between the pieced flying geese and the fused trees.

Agnes, I always used Wonder Under myself, mainly out of habit. I have noticed that things were a bit stiff, so now I make a window out of the wonder under so there's only fusible around the edges.

I have always used SAS and SAS Lite.  I haven't tried the others but did hear the SAS will be hard to find.

Denise, that is beautiful!

And here I am never having heard about Soft Fuse before. lol Have a good supply of Wonder Under so may never even look for it. I always buy the rolls, not the sheets, when I buy fusible product.

SaS says their paper problem is supposed to be solved with the product back on the market in fall.
