Comment by Roz on Monday Had a great time at Janets too! It's such a pleasure to sew there, I love the space and light. We even bought fresh farm eggs! And they ARE delicious.
We made this quilt top, Square in a Square. I was able to finish the top while still there! When does that happen?!! The pattern calls for a charm pack and layer cake and there is very little waste. Gotta love that! Of course everyone had different color choices and they were all beautiful!

Comment by Sue Clayton on Saturday Roz -- sorry about your trip. Feel better.
Congrats to graduates. It is such a wonderful thing to see our kids excited about their future and achieving their goals. Although there's theoretically more time to quilt, I found that paying tuition forced me to cut way down on my fabric buying.
Angie is finishing up her GED this week. She just turned 16 and will take a few classes at Suffolk CC until she's 18. Her goal is FIT in NYC. My heart will break when she leaves.
Comment by Roz on Saturday Sue-Angie's costumes are unbelievable!
Have fun in Southold. I will be getting things ready for graduation next week. :..-(
