I'm all a fabshophop, but generally go to shops I'm somewhat familiar with. Hope I don't have any virus problems. I've had enough in the past.

Hey Everyone. I have some important news to share with everyone. I know this group is dedicated to the online shop hops so please be very aware! I did the hop in October and today my computer is dead! As I am told the virus/trojan that I had on my computer was embedded on a quilting website. It did 2 things, it allowed my credit card information to be retrieved and used then it crashed my computer. I know everyone loves these hops but wanted to warn you all so this doesn't happen to you. Since quilting is so big now these websites are primary targets now and they don't even know it! Be careful everyone. Laura

Ok, I found one and want to know where I can see where it is. What do you do after you find them?

You are not going to believe this: I'm from Allentown, PA and my Mom lives just a few blocks from the store. My cousin is friends with the owners and my Mom makes them pierogies every once in a while! I bought my BabyLock Quilter's Professional sewing machine and my HandQuilter frame from them. LOL
I haven't really looked at their kits, but if that's what hangs in their *classroom*, they've got some pretty neat stuff! I haven't been to the shop in a while. I usually just stop in quickly when I go to take my Mom shopping and only get more bobbins for my machine or thread. (I do occasionally look around, but I hate to keep my Mom standing around on her 89 year old feet too long! LOL)
Glad to hear your hubby's coming home! Is he home to stay this time? Thank him for me for his duty to this great country of ours. I'm so happy for you that he'll be home safe. : )

Congrats, Laura! Which shop did you win it for? I've been lucky enough to win a few and I don't think I ever just spent the $10. My brain always says, "At least make the $4+ shipping fee worth it!" LOL But I have found some great stores that way. One of them (Joggles?) offered on-line classes in doll making. I bought my sister a Gift Certificate for a class as a birthday present. Enjoy your winnings! ; )

Hi, Gina! I have that same problem. I would swear the shop *forgot* to actually put it on their page. There have been some I never find and others I go back and find the *clue* I completely missed reading on the first page. : D
Happy hunting!

My hubby went back to the M.E. on Wednesday. I've been hopping since. I usually do the hops when I am chatting with him. He doesn't type as fast as I do so I spend a chunk of time waiting for him to hunt and peck. So I hop. I got through a bunch today mostly without the aide of a hint. But the ones that really frost are the ones that have extensive links on their pages and such. I spent a whole afternoon once clicking on everything and still didn't find that wascuwwey wabbit.
