My connecting threads order has arrived!!
I get sooo excited when my order comes. I create a quiet space, and slowly open the box. There it is fabric that feels soo great and smells good too!!! I ordered the forest fun material for christmas gifts for my daughter. ( They love to camp) the material is perfect! I will post when I am finished.
Regarding the Fruit Ladies fabric, I ordered the forever my daughter panel from Clotile, and purchased some other fun girly type material. the lap quilt is coming together nicely. It is a fun way to incorporate great thoughts with fun fabric. The fruit ladies always make me smile1

Happy to hear you are feeling better. I think I have been fighting the flue all month. Some days I feel better then I crash again. Sometimes I think it is better just too get really sick and then a couple of days later it is over. I hate it when I am sick because I don't feel like sewing and it seems like a waste of time. Next time you are sick I will send you a box a fresh new fabric it will cheer you up instantly!!

The lap quilt has turned into a full size quilt, 72x72. I can never just do anything small. I l always get carried away!

Paula ~ Yep, doing much better thank you. I'm so sorry to hear about your relapses. Wow, that can really drag you down. I sure hope you get better soon! Wow, a box of fresh new fabric sounds good ~ love that smell! But, it sounds like I need to send you that box!!!

I know what you mean ~ I love that! It's like Christmas everytime an order is to arrive! There is so much to enjoy with quilting; its hard to pick our books or know where to start! For me, its hard to stay on a project to finish it because I wander from project to project because they all make me feel so good!. I do believe I fit the criteria of an addict! Yikes!
