Hi Nanny Gayle - sorry I went on the pdf file - and if you scroll down a bit you get the two other pages - hope you can see them - anyone else is having problem - if so I will scan it back on 2 separate files

Also I was asked what a meter was- it is 1 yard plus 3 inches =- 39 inches
