Welcome to Gifty Galore 2016!

Our new Gifty Galore Christmas project season begins July 18th this year and runs through December 19th! And, Anita is back with more wonderful designers!

We are using the book, Fast, Fun, and More Gifty. It is compiled and written especially for us! Our newest Gifty book is the best ever for preparing a gift-giving extravaganza. There are even MORE small and quick projects. Hey, you'll be able to use the projects in this book all year long!

Get ready… prepare your sewing space, oil the machine, and finish up any UFOs because you’re going to be busy! I challenge you to keep up with us!

  1. Time frame is from July 18th - December 19th, 2016 for the weekly projects.
  2. Please post all project questions on Notions where you will find the complete blog. All information is kept together there for reference later and It's much easier to find!

thank you everyone for your nice words - for me it is easier by hand then by machine - it was with my daughter and now the only I have is when traveling on the extended week end - I still have to make the time and try it by machine - and believe me I am kind of scare...... but soon as I got a new machine - thanks again
oh time I guess to go on the deck and relax .....

Francine, the quilt is beautiful! All done by hand too! I do all of it by machine. I am too impatient - I want to see the top finished NOW! Most of the UFO's that I have are tops waiting to be quilted!!!! Mari - behave yourself on vacation! A meeting - what????? Get your mindset on the cruise and enjoy yourself! 007 is waiting for you. I hear he has a special gift for the CCL.

AAwww, Mary Agnes, that's OK, I ws kiddin too, but I will take that pitcher of pina coladas to share with everyone. And yes, Francine, I think after the cruise, we will all need virtural AA meetings!
Great pics, Elizabeth, and you even have the info to boot! I love it.
Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous, Francine! And you are going to hand quilt it? Wowee.
Gayle, are you sharing Tom now? We didn't know that was what you were doing!
Congrats on the ribbons, Carol! How fun! I am going to the state fair in a bit with my first friend, eating food on a stick and looking at the exhibits. No rides or midway for us anymore. We will have a great time!
Yeah Mari, almost moving time! Finish that painting so you can have some drinks with us.
Did everyone see the new blog, thread, collections, bells and whistles that CT added overnight? They are killin' me, but I love it!
I better get hoppin', its almost time to go to the fair.

Thankyou, Lynne

DH and I went to Munich too, so you will see the Glockenspiel in my photos. I am editing the photos and preparing the descriptions on a daily basis. I really enjoy doing this. It is like reliving the trip over and over.

Quilting is not forgotten these days. I am ironing all my "winnings" from the tea cup auction at the Quilt Camp I attended on the week-end. The washing part was easy.

Hi Francine,

Your quilt is beautiful. It is an heirloom, being hand pieced and hand quilted.

Congratulations Carol. That is fabulous. I missed you and am very glad you are back now.
Gayle, it looks like everybody who fell overboard or jumped ship are back. Give Tom a hug for me since you have been keeping him very busy.
