Definitely enjoyed seeing all of you at the Hen House today.  I also enjoyed our family's bbq at my Sis's.

Mary Agnes, I just did blocks for a DNP and I used 4.75" squares and when I squaared them up I had 12.5" blocks.  I also am working on 5"charm size squares and making another. The blocks are finishing at 13.5" (I believe).

Looks like we're partying on Pacific Coast time.  I can wait.  Although I am getting hungry.

Carol:  Thanks.  As to pictures...I don't know.  I keep telling myself to figure out the camera, and I keep finding something else to do.  And the something else usually doesn't involve technology.

Barbara: Saw the EB early but he had to get up to Fifth Avenue for the Easter Parade.

Mary Agnes, my D9P is a blue/yellow/white baby quilt.  If you go to my page and click View All under my picture slideshow you can choose individual pages and scroll to page 3.  I don't know that the dimensions for that one would be good for a large quilt though.  My original blocks were almost too small for a baby quilt.  When I do my next one I will start with larger 9 patch blocks.  Worked for the baby quilt but there are lots of repeats.  Good luck....I want to see pictures.

Happy Easter everyone. Did you all see the Easter Bunny this AM? No hopping races, Froggie. Looks like a beautiful day for our party at the henhouse.

Happy Hen House Easter!!!

I just took the bagels out of the oven so they'll be warm when we get to the Hen House.  And I've got plenty of cream cheese and lox.  I'm glad Anne reminded me about bonnets or I would have forgotten mine.

Carol:  Do you mean picture #3 on your page?  I'm thinking about doing a black white and red in an adult size and am looking for specs for that.  Guess I'll just have to turn on the old adding machine on my shoulders and figure it out for myself.

It's true that you can get anything you want in NYC.  Problem is with places like Joann's one would have to travel to an outer borough.

Happy Easter to all.  Hen House here we come!

Mary Agnes - WOW!  I am glad that you made it home safely.  I always thought that in NYC there isn't anything that you can't get!  Glad that you had fun with the family!

Kit, thanks for the comment - I made them for the children of my son's fiancee - soon to be my DIL.

Carol - thank you for the link - I think I am going to do a disappearing 9 patch as my next quilt.

I did get DH's quilt finished that I started about 2 months ago.  I haven't really worked on too many UFOs, but I will get to them eventually.
