Happy Birthday, Laraine! I too am going to have to go through my books in hopes that your hint sheds some light on a project!  Hopefully it is one of the books that I have purchased, I will be heartbroken if not!

Mari - Really, I have to clean my sewing room, you never told me that, if I have to do that as a pre-requisite to starting the project, I'm in deep do-do!  LOL  My sewing room is in a constant state of managed chaos!  I have a dress form standing in the middle of my room fully dressed in a costume that I made, because I don't know what to do with it, I have bins of yarn spilling out of my closet, and boxes of beading crawling out from under my cutting table - send help please!  I'm using my ironing board for a computer desk, because my computer desk is now being used by my embroidery machine! LOL -  But I love it, because it's ALL MINE!  And the men in my house do not step in before knocking!!!  hahaha  I will be ready to go in the morning.

I sure didn't know I had to organize my sewing room to be in this group! You all sounded so much like me.... I was sure fooled...

Golly! Gee! Whisikins!

Listen you crabby pants! We don't have fireworks where I live .I would have loved to seen them. But I must admit I still cover my ears when they go off.

If I can corral my grandkids lond enough I will post a picture. They are off to the spray park with their mom and grandpa for a bit.

Mari be nice to Laraine please. Is she aware of what we pull to get things out of people? We are certainly not afraid of bribery Laraine!

(We all know that!!!  So, don't you tell her how we really feel or it could also go to her head).  LOL

huh?  did I hear my name being yelled, er, called?

Thank you Froggie and Lou Ann, for your support!

(Mari is actually a blast to work with and we have a great time--but don't tell her I said so--it could go to her head... teehee)

Poor Crabby Patty!  I too was surprised at all of the money going up in smoke. Our church has a huge parking lot and is on the top of a hill overlooking Frederick, MD. We drove up there and enjoyed the fireworks of the city, the Walkersville Volunteer Fire Dept. Carnival, and many others across the city.  I was so tired last night that nothing could have kept me awake!!!

And Mari, please don't yell at Laraine. She didn't tell anyone anything and seems like a very nice lady who is obeying your wishes!!!  (Cackle!!!)

L-A-R-A-I-N-E!...............

Froggie, I wish we would have been on a burn ban yesterday!  Vancouver sounded like a military zone last night.  I couldn't sleep and had to drive in it too!  It was like that all over town!  Imagine, the economy being as it is and so many people having enough disposable income to spend it on that many firworks ~ hum, interesting.....  (just call me a crabby patty)

Great projects, everyone! I have been MIA for a few days, very busy stay at home vacation. DD has left, we had a great time, but are under a burn ban, sso  no fireworks. We had fun anyway. And saved some fireworks bucks. Maybe I can spend that money on fabric now.

Hopppy birthday, Laraine, hope it's a good one! HHHhhmmm, country girl at heart? I better go through the books and see what you might be tempting me with.

Oh no, Laraine, we don't want you in troublewith Mari! And she can actually reach you, she just hollers at us!

Tomorrow, I will be going back to work. What a bummer. I would rather be quilting, but better go make some money so I will have fabric money.
