Chocolate no bake cookie? i will be right over, snow or not! MMMMM I love them. I could eat the whole batc.
Cowboys. Is that what is wrong with my DH? He is a cowboy. Next time the house is messy I am going to call him a cowboy and report to you what he says! It won't take long.

Francine, Thinking of you and sending my love and hugs across the miles. So sorry for your great loss.

Francine we are here for you. Here is a hug for you and your family.

I am hoping to get some sewing time today, I think I am starting to find my house again after being gone 2 weeks. Did you know Cowboys do no do housework? Will they don't not even the tiniest bit of it.

Well dust is not a problem today, the world outside is white and it is still snowing. It looks like a great day to sew but first I am going to have a cup of coffee and a chocolate no bake cookie.
take care Mary

MaryAgnes, yeah, the tornado was near the west side of the state, we are kind of in the center. Unless it's within about 1 mile, we don't even think about it! Probably your pastry chef boyfriend was tired of pastry by the time he got home! My DD2 took Culinary Arts in high school, pastry was her favorite, she made some good pastries! Still does sometimes.
Francine, here again, you have me crying at work, breaking my own #1 rule. I love ya! Here comes a big quilty hug and love for you and your family. Talk to us when you want, whatever you want to talk about.
Hoppy quilting!

Just a thought, but I could be wrong. Wasn't Fracine going on a holiday?
Comment by MaryAgnes/NYC on March 9, 2010 at 6:38pm
I'm concerned about Francine too. She'll be back. I think she knows our collective love and support are with her. I hope she can draw strength from knowing we're here for her, worrying or not.

I was worried about Froggie when I heard about the tornado in OK but seems she wasn't phased at all.

I had a Pastry Chef boyfriend once. Met him on a cruise where he was the Pastry Chef. Wasn't as good as it sounds. He didn't bring his work home.

Good NIght, all.

MaryAgnes, that's what I have heard about being self-employed, your boss is really tough!
Mari, I would love to quilt for a job. But I think it would get confusing wondering if I was doing the fun stuff or the work stuff. Now if I could just figure out how to get the big bucks for quilting! I'm not even famous, haven't written a wonderful quilting book, none of the big names know me. Oh well, I guess I am doomed.
Anne, how fun, a Chef for a boyfriend! Now that's a perk. No news from Francine, I am worried about her.
Hoppy quilting!

Hi all. Yes we did have a very busy week-end, too. Everyone came home and then over to DD Amy's house...for a HB Luncheon...It was very nice, and the food all prepared by her boyfriend Chef.. Food Food Food..... Outdid us all. Was real nice with about 20 friends and family... HB Celebration. Thanks Barbara for your visit today.
Anyone hear from Francine? Hope she's doing okay? Love you all, Anne
