We are using the book, Fast, Fun, and More Gifty. It is compiled and written especially for us! Our newest Gifty book is the best ever for preparing a gift-giving extravaganza. There are even MORE small and quick projects. Hey, you'll be able to use the projects in this book all year long!

Get ready… prepare your sewing space, oil the machine, and finish up any UFOs because you’re going to be busy! I challenge you to keep up with us!

  1. Time frame is from July 18th - December 19th, 2016 for the weekly projects.
  2. Please post all project questions on Notions where you will find the complete blog. All information is kept together there for reference later and It's much easier to find!

Spoilsport! It's 7p.m. and I am going to leave the office. And I did get quite a bit done today, not so much as I'd like to have gotten done, but enough to make a living. About 8 billable hours. Not like the guy who charged 27 hours in one day because he had to fly from east to west coast.

You girls are really getting a lot done aren't you?

Your granddad was no urban cowboy.

Froggie: Just think of all the books you can buy when you do get paid.

I also don't know about no non-AC subway. I know the Metro in DC, but now the NYC subway. I do know that the first time my grandad rode a train, he thought it was like a horse, and was ready to get off the train, so he said WOOOOOAAAA! That's the story he always told me.

I didn't realize we were waiting for you to decide on the books. I thought you were just keeping us guessing.

MaryAgnes, you gotta get out of the city. They are TREES! Cottonweed is actually cottonwood.
OH I have those books, Mari. Cool, so I just have to wait to see what else you come up with.
No, I don't wanna do no stinkin' paperwork, MaryAgnes, that is why I am bored. Makes me nuts. And I could be swimmin', but noooo, I gotta stay here and get paid.

I know how frustrating is is for all of you waiting for the names of the Gifty Galore books. I'm hoping the decisions will be made soon, however, two books have been picked and they are Sew Necessary and I Love patchwork.

Pepper: I have a papillon. Bichon Frisee is supposed to be the best for allergy-prone owners. Yorkies and Malteses are also supposed to be good. Stick with hairy rather than furry dogs, and ones with one, not two, layers of hair. Most of my info I got from the internet. Hairless cats are not hypoallergenic. I know someone with four rexes and she still has to take medication for her allergies and I have to avoid her cats, just like ones with hair. Don't worry about your poor deprived children. I was 60 when I got my Choux Choux and he is the first one I've ever owned. I think it makes me appreciate him more than I would have otherwise.

Mari: I think it's time to tell us the names of those books. If you don't there's no telling where this conversation will go.

What kind of puppy do you have MaryAgnes that is hypoallergenic? I am very allergic to cats too and would love to visit my sister in Denver but she has 2 dogs and a cat so thatr wouldn't work.My poor deprived children had to grow up with no pets except this turtle that I think will live forever.
