congrats on the weight loss!! I finished a 9 patch pillow for a wedding present on friday, I'll get photos up this week. and the pattern for the Spring Irish Chain is in a book. I need to hunt it down, but I'll find it!

I really like the Spring Irish Chain and if you could I would love to have a copy of the pattern. I need one for a full size or queen size bed. Thank you

Jacquelin, how goes to early morning exercise??

I like snow, but this is getting silly! We haven't had a non-snow day in several weeks! And the stuff is piled all around. Oh, well.....

Hello, Ladies. I live in NC - up in the northwest corner. Yep! We're mountain folk. I'd love to have contact with other NC quilters. I live in a village with no LQS (the closest is in Boone) and little in the way of local resources.

North Carolina never gets snow, unfortunately. It's been several years since the last one. I'm originally from Iowa, where they are buried under snow and have been for months now. They're having their worst winter since 1891. I think it's record breaking year everywhere!

Oh my goodness, your must be getting all our snow, we don't have much but we do have freezing temperatures this winter. I'd rather have snow that this much cold its already a record year for us.

We have 8 inches of snow on the ground. Yeah! The city has been shut down for 3 days now. LOL

Thanks Christine, I'm pretty much done organizing for a while, I didn't realize North Carolina got that much snow. We have had mostly freezing weather here too for quiter a while. Been snow more so in the mountains hope its enough but we seem to usually get our participation even if we don't end up getting it in the winter, we'll make up for rain storms later. Been odd years for quite a few years. It was a beautiful sunny day today and lots of people wanting to get out and enjoy the sunshine. I don't think its even been above 20 degrees that much, but today it is.

Thanks doing good on the workouts but I am definately not ready for the storm coming. Seeing is beleiving. I live in the sandhills and all we are gonna suppose to get is Sleet and rain maybe1/4 inch, Just enough to make it miserable. I have a competition Saturday and weighing in on Sunday I hope the weather is not to bad.
