Thank you, Janet! The sites are greatly appreciated.
Hi , I just joined this group and noticed this discussion. Here is another link to a site. This is Judy Mathieson's site. I made one of her compasses and it is the blue compass quilt on my page.
Thanks for posting Judy's info too Joanne. My dd gave me one of her books for Christmas yrs ago, but I have never attempted one of her designs.
Thank you, Joanne! I put that site in my "favorites". Your compass quilt is GORGEOUS! Thank you for sharing!
For some easier blocks (and some not so easy) but great for someone learning how to paper piece:

These are also Harry Potter Paper Piecing Patterns - I'm working on one for my niece: http://www.sewhooked.org/paper_piecing/hp_paper.html
The iris wallhanging on my profile picture is made from http://www.thedesignersworkshop.com/. Her patterns are on freezer paper, and are great to work with.
Donna, thanks for giving us the link to this wonderful site. Wow, there sure are some gorgeous designs on there!
I love that site. I will definitely need to do some of those flowers.

Has anyone taken the Craftsy class by Carol Doak? I just watched all the video lectures. I think I'd like to try the projects, too.

I have not done that although I have taken a lot of Craftsy classes because I already know how to paper piece using her methods.  I would think her class would be well worth the money though.
