I thought it would be a good idea to start listing the various types of paper that people use when they are paper piecing.  Personally I prefer newsprint over anything else.  I bought a case from…Continue

This group has become basically dormant, but I am going to keep it in place anyway.  I have not done any paper piecing for ages.  Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers on this page.  I hope you all have a fabulous day.

I would dearly love to go to one of Judy Niemeyer's retreats.  My friend Mona has gone to several of them and she said they are great.

Thanks to you all for your nice comments. I enjoyed the class and doing the wall hanging. The instructor did a trunk show of many quilts done from Judy's patterns....they were spectacular. I would like to do another project with her patterns some day, but I need to finish some things first.

I didn't think to put a picture of my wall hanging I made from the Judy Niemeyer class I took this fall on here.

This group is so quiet I'm wondering if we should keep it going.  In the mean time happy 2018 everyone.  I made great progress with finishing up older UFOs in 2017 so I didn't spend any time doing paper piecing.  I hope to change that for 2018.
