Quilt With Us

I am a member of a new quilt bee and wondered if you had any good ideas on a quilt we could perhaps do as a small group. We meet to get to know each other but will be working from home.

I was wondering if we should all bring a center block then pass it around each member to add their own block/boarder at each meet.

I love the on line BOM and ideas that are being passed on.

Thanks

Christine

Does anyone live in the Seattle area who would like to get together to quilt? I live south of Seattle in Kent close to I-5 with a huge quilt studio. I'd love to get together with other quilters....I get so much more done when I'm quilting in a group versus quilting alone.
Hi Christine, I think the idea of a round robin quilt is a good idea since you'll be working independently. Then the person who started with the center block would get a finished piece. I googled round robin quilt and here are a few ideas....

A friend and I were going to do one (she lived in MD), but never got to it. Sounds like it might be a fun project online, eh? Barb
