I am making stockings with the CT "Snow Days" collection for my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson to hang on their mantle. I have one nearly finished, and must say it came out very pretty. I will post pics in a few days.

Sue Hausmann was a kick and what energy. Lots of good information and we all (115) were on learning overload. Learned some new "tricks" and of course all is on Americasews.com website. You just wanted to sew, sew, sew and the enthusiasm was exciting. Met some new quilt/embroidery friends. Sue's schedule is posted on her site www.sewandqauiltwithsue.com. Boy, what a schedule! We here in AZ are having a little "winter" weather. Sweatshirts are coming out.

Thanks, Roseann. It was so fun to make. The in-the-hoop things are great to do once the steps are understood. I've also made some in-the-hoop Christmas cards -- planning to post those soon. Hope you've had a great week. Tomorrow I am attending the Sue Hausmann seminar -- hope to learn lots. Have a great weekend --

Judie - went to your site. You've done some really pretty things. I like the cowboy boot especially.

Roseann -- loved the adorable bear and the giant Santa pillow -- looks so Christmasy. I just finished closing down my sewing room (shared with a guest bedroom) since we're having overnight guests tomorrow. Excited about the guests and it gave me a chance to really clean up and I didn't find my missing Purple Thang. So, it's likely folded up in a fabric. I did get some embroidery done -- working on small Christmas stockings in the hoop, plus a birthday card for my grandniece. Posting them on my page as I can't figure out how to do it using the camera above. Wishing all a great weekend.

All - I look forward to all your posts.

Roseann, the Santa pillow is adorable. Gets me in the Christmas spirit! Hopefully, I will have a picture to share soon, but not this weekend. My grandbaby is coming! My machine will just have to wait until he's gone. =)
