The Cathedral window pillow is one of the first things I have ever sewn. I did it by hand, and have always loved this pattern. This looks like it would go much more quickly and easier on our arthritic hands. Love it! Thanks for finding these for us.
Well, I have spent about 4 hours today working on my cathederal windows.....I used white fabric for all the squares, everything was sewn together and there was a mishap with the spray starch.....first of all, nowhere in the instructions did it mention spray starch.....anyway.....I don't normally use it and when I went to spray for a final pressing.....There was rust or residue?  I'll have to upload a photo.....I think I'll be ok as most of the white fabric will be covered up...My idea was to showcase some zendoodles...now I just have to sew the doodles...LOL...be right back with progress so far...
here goes.....
What a great way to show off the zen doodles!
Now, that is what I call a good save.  I love the contrast!  How large is it?
without any borders it is 13" square
Very beautiful Brenda - is there a black background behind the white squares?
I love it!

yes, all the "flower petals" will be black, I am going to try some zendoodle with white thread on a black background and preview.....might be cool just because it's different...will show when ready.

What a clever girl you are.The combination will be lovely.
Linda, I agree.  I can't wait to see it!
