You're the second person to recommend Electric Quilt's printable fabric. I'll have to give it a try. I love how you've combined vintage photos with quilting. I feel the same way as you about tatting. I couldn't get the hang of shuttle tatting, but I learned needle tatting without difficulty. I think my quilter's fingers understand needles better than shuttles!

I use Electric Quilt's printable fabric. I don't like hand stitching through it when I use it for quilt labels, because it can be a little firm, but it is very nice and pliable. It always looks good when printed.

I made the tattings about 12 years ago, needle tatting is so much easier than shuttle tatting. I don't do it much anymore, though I always think I will go back to it.

Love the tatting! Did you do it yourself? What brand of printable fabric are you using? I just did a similar project, but didn't really like the product I used.
