Quilt With Us

My daughter Robin's 23rd birthday gift. NOTE: Do NOT use the cheap fusible interfacing when making a tshirt quilt. It won't hold. Lesson learned.

Thanks fir your comment. :). Having never made a tshirt quilt, I chose a medium weight pellon. When I went to the cutting counter, the clerk told me I should use the lightest store brand interfacing that was < $1 per yard. Well, it worked until I had to handle the blocks to sew them. In the end, I chose to tack each T shirt square 5 times to keep it somewhat in place. Never again!

How cheap of an interfacing did you find?  I usually use a light weight pellon...911 is sticking in my mind but I could be misremembering.  I usually make a couple of t-shirt quilts each year.
