As you may know, my daughter was diagnosed with MS last summer. She's currently doing well, but has to give herself daily injections to keep relapses at bay. Since her diagnosis, I have found out at least three of my cousins are also affected. That's the thing with MS - its not always visible, and when you see someone walking with canes, crutches or in a wheelchair, MS isn't always what comes to mind. Its been a rough year, a lot of tough times, but also a few joyous occasions. I'm glad to see 2010 behind me. I'm hoping for many good things this year....like helping my daughter PLAN HER WEDDING! Yeah! My baby is engaged!! (no, not making her a quilt LOL)
In the immediate future (and most recent past actually) I finally put the quilt top I finished last winter on my sister's longarm, and have, over the last two days, quilted everything but the borders.
