Im still in my youth and wish that quilting was all i had todo. At l6yr. I pieced my first quilt by hand. I still have the quilt, but feed sacks were easy to fade. I am now 70 years young and facing a mountain to climb to beat cancer once more. I am fine and what
happens well thats life. To busy to thnik what might be. I denied treatment the the cancer I mentioned above. In September of this year I was diagnoised with colon cancer, yes this time it is chemo for a total of 12 treatments, just getting through the after effects
of some of the medication and doing so much better. Treatments
have come a long way, I am weak and hard to do any sewing, but
I manage to get something completed. Making quilts tops are easy for me, but the arms give out in 30 minutes or less. I am thankful to God what he doing for me as well as having him by my side at all times. I look forward to getting to know more of you and maybe someone will move into our little town here in Florida.
