I've been without network connectivity for a couple days because of where we were at. We've spent an awesome 2 days in Monument Valley, AZ. Hello everyone. It has been a while since I last visited. Been very busy with work, family and some sewing. My husband and I are currently traveling the southwest with our furthermost destination The Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. Ladies - I need your opinions, suggestions and honest feedback. I am 57 and anticipating the possibility of retiring within the next 5 years. I am toying with the idea of starting a business providing sewing and quilting services. I need to understand what would provide the most profit. I would love to have my own quilt shop, but not sure that would be financially possible. As I only have a sewing machine (Janome) and a Janome Embroidery machine, I currently don't have the tools to do…

Anita, I would love to be your quilty friend. I love the pic of your little cowboy grandson. My second grandson loves cowboy stuff! He has lots of guns, always wears the boots, things like that. He's 11, and has always been this way, not by example, just on his own.
