Freckles - Our Beagle who thinks he is more human than beagle

I've been quilting since 1994, when I got fibromyalgia and could no longer do all the outdoor activities I love. It's been very therapeutic for me. I also love photography and Teas, spending time at the ocean (God does good work!) and of course Dark Chocolate! I'm excited - after almost 15 years of not being able to ride a bike because of physical challenges, I can once again ride. I have an Electra Townie bike and riding it doesn't hurt my knees. Yeah. I am full time live in caregiver for my parents, they both have dementia and other health challenges. Each day is new and different. Good thing I have a sense of humor!

What a loving commitment to care for your parents! Wow! My father in law has dementia also and it takes lots of care. My the Lord renew your strength as the eagles every day! He is good! Have a blessed day! Keep up that since of humor, my mother in law also finds strength in her since of humor!

No kidding, it would be nice to see Laurie. The reason you probably though Florida is cause that's where we've been going everyear. This is our first trip to Arizona. I didn't know you lived there... small world!

BJ, I had to chuckle, yes I do know the difference between bad and "needy". Some people just seem to need more attention than others - and some I know think they "deserve" it.

Hey there, you are some quick !! LOL We only leave in mid-December, but I have to get everything organized, or I'll go nuts.. I'm kind of like that. I think it will be the last year for my parents to live in the country with us. It's 45 to 1 hour to the nearest hospital and their doctor apts are getting more and more... Thank god I have my brother, he calls them every other day, and comes over for a drive to see them almost every weekend. That is the only reason why I feel ok about going and leaving them here. Tks for caring.
