I love to sew and make quilts, bags, and tablerunners. Often make shirts for myself too! I make sell bags by word of mouth and off my website. I also have a blog, Thegoodlifeatmyhouse.blogspot.com. I started quilting in 2003 and have been addicted ever since. I sew about 3-4 hours every day and take classes as often as possible.

It reminds me of the pattern Woven Ribbons that I did, but with a solid print instead of all the ribbons. Your star is magnificent, too. I've never done any like that and wonder how hard it is. I'll get on your blogspot and look at your bags. I'm going tomake my grandaughter a denim bag from old jeans. I'm putting the back pockets on it and using the seams for the straps. Now to find a pattern that will work with this idea. There's quilt show at the Buggy Barn in Reardon on Aug. 29th and 30th. Also a quilt show in Oct. in Spokane. Off to see your blog.
