Hi...No, my quilt isn't going to anyone special. That was my main project from retreat. I usually focus on 1 thing and collect ideas and patterns for all of the other projects I'm interested in. Where else can you preview and get a pattern for a buck? I can't believe you were that obvious at the last meeting. If my life depended on picking you out of the group, I'd be absolutely sunk. Wow...maybe next month. : ) Mary Lou
Oh, we're getting it again! Right now there aren't any thunder/lightning events to go with it, but the forecast is that those will show up tomorrow. Great for my lawn and flowerbeds, but lousy for me and my fibromyalgia and degenerating discs!
Lynn from Fort Wayne...thanks for your comment...Van Wert is sooo close! Do you have any quilt shops there? Ours come and go here, but do enjoy the one in Leo...have you visited it by chance? I'm going to the Underground Railroad monthly meetings beginning this month, offered by that shop, and looking forward to it. I don't get on this site as much as I'd like, and like you, scheduling a time to quilt is about the only way I get anything done. Right now I'm finishing three projects...and vowed not to begin a new one until they are done. Would I know your business in Van Wert? Our business is on the north side of Fort Wayne, counseling and small business consulting. I don't get to Van Wert often anymore, but do pass through there when headed to Columbus or Dayton.
