Hi my name is Cheryl and I love to do hand stitching. I do embroidery, wool applique and now I am learning how to do paper piecing. I have a wonderful husband and 2 kids. I am a crafter and do craft shows. My husband helps me by making the frames for my pieces. They are made of recycled wood and glass. Most of which comes from colonial and victorian homes. My husband is in construction so he brings all the old wood and glass home. :)

Hi Cheryl - Thanks for explaining the basket - I bet that took awhile! You'll have to share more about the fiber fest after you go - I'm sure all the ladies would enjoy hearing about it. I'd switch you places in a minute - I'm a big winter/snow lover. Guess 'cause I have such bad allergies that when it is cold I feel the best! We've had snow overnight but not like you are getting! Enjoy your day and feel free to write me here or try firstname.lastname@example.org - chat with you soon!
Hi Cheryl - Thanks for sharing about how your husband does the frames - that is so interesting! I'd love to see your stool - do send me a pic or even post it on the Primitive Gatherings site - I'm sure all the ladies would like to see it too! If you want to write more just e-mail me at email@example.com! You'll have to tell me more about what you are doing in the wool area. Have a great day!
