Well, we're still here--and growing. Two new Needles have been inducted into our group, RoseAnne, and Carol, who bring their unique taste in fabrics and patterns with them. It amazes me --all the six of us have our own style, so to speak. It makes it so interesting and so much fun. Carol became a Needle Tuesday night. I understand the quilt making and giving process. If you don't give a quilt to everyone, you might trip on a lip or two. lol
PS I love it that you have a group of ladies getting together at your home. I have a quilt guild meeting every month that I look forward to and it's always nice to visit with other women.
Take care
I thank you for the kind words on my photos. I really haven't been quilting a long time. I started in 2007 after some major heartbreak. Our youngest daughter died on Dec.9th of 2006. My Mom pushed me into doing some sewing to try to keep my sanity. From then on I was hooked. I truly enjoy sewing the pieces together and seeing the outcome..................
Agnes.
No, I don't work with leather. My former stepmom works for Tandy Leather in Texas. My husband has some leather working stuff that he said he was going to work on but to this day, he hasn't. I think he just "thought" he wanted to do leather stuff, LOL. I just "do cotton" too. I just inherited a bunch of decorator fabric from a friend at church. He saved it from being "dumped" into a dumpster. I have no clue what to do with it.
