Quiet tonight

Checked out the groups I belong to and you all must be relaxing and quilting. This has been a busy week as we have had the pleasure of having our 2 grandsons [5 & 17mon. staying with us.] Mommy and daddy are enjoying their 10 anniversary in Niagara Falls. Love reading all the blog entries.

But this morning I thought why not. I walked for 40 min. and loved it. At that time of the morning there is no one up and about and traffic is almost nonexistent. Sunshine

To the rest or you this may seem silly but this is the first full day of frost free sunshine we are having. My plants are still in the garage. In fact my lettuce has grown so much that I am going to have to cut it down and eat it before I even get it in the ground! My husband refuses to cover the few plants we put out again and to carry the ones from the garage in and out anymore! This is the worst year ever that I can remember. When we moved here last year everyone said oh you are so lucky that is… Continue

Hi Diane,
Hope you are feeling better today. I left a message for you in your inbox about exchanging addresses for the string swap. Check it and happy quilting.

Did you find Nuttynana for the string swap? This is my first swap so hope I am doing it right....
Raining here and expecting wind gusts up to 100 mph on the Oregon/Washington coast....I have fibromyalgia so hate the Pacific NW winters in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area. But at least we don't have to shovel rain.....(*grin*). Hope you are healing and feeling better each day...My prayers are with you.....Kay

Hi Diane, I hope you're well today. Everyone says they're ok with the swap. You'll need to put in a friend request to Joan Bentler, Kay Gibson, NuttyNana and I. Once we exchange addresses, swaps can be sent out.
