Thanksgiving weekend here in the North and it it brought in with Snow and -16C weather. Hope the Pilgrims wore warm clothes because you sure would need them today!Thank heaven we can just buy our Turkey and not have to go out and hunt it like the Walton's. Anyone old enough to remember their Thanksgiving special!We are off this weekend to visit friends which makes the holiday even more special. Have a great day all!

Checked out the groups I belong to and you all must be relaxing and quilting. This has been a busy week as we have had the pleasure of having our 2 grandsons [5 & 17mon. staying with us.] Mommy and daddy are enjoying their 10 anniversary in Niagara Falls. Love reading all the blog entries.

Seeing as sleep seems to evade me these days I decided to get up before 5a.m. and go for a walk. Due to my knee problems I have avoided walking for over a year.Walking for pleasure that is. But this morning I thought why not. I walked for 40 min. and loved it. At that time of the morning there is no one up and about and traffic is almost nonexistent. To the rest or you this may seem silly but this is the first full day of frost free sunshine we are having. My plants are still in the garage.
