Well of course its Jacob's Ladder and I guess I should have known that. I just loved the color combinations you used. We are all so fortunate to have so much color to choose from. Thanks for the reply. Joyce
Dorania, my shop was in the building next to the hardware [my husbands] and across from Eads Motor co . I had it painted as a victorian building. We sold it to Evan Shackleford from Dixon as a shop for his clock doc busineess . I spent many happy hours doing what I love . But old hands and eyes have stopped me from doing much now.
Well usually when I say hand quilting I mean the quilting part. I most always put my blocks together (assemble the top, that is) by sewing machine. But I love to quilt by hand and that's the only way I quilt. I did love that pattern of yours. Did you get it from a book or something you made up. Some of the gals on this site are so clever about making patterns up themselves. Joyce
Welcome to the Quilt Frame. I've been busy since before last weekend and not checked out the comment wall. You did sneak in on me. I so enjoyed all of your wonderful family photos and I especially liked the "Crafty 143." It looks like it might be machine quilted but I love your choice of color and design. Glad to have you aboard. Joyce
