hi ladies I decide to get out of my comfort zone and start a group. it is a group for those of us who would like to swap fabrics. either to build up our stash or maybe get rid of some fabric in our stash. it is for fun and nothing hard and is open to anyone no matter what level you are. I hope some ladies who aren't in any groups or maybe not in any groups yet or even those who are will come and have fun. it doesn't matter where you live either. we will prolly do different swaps for…

Happy New Year to everyone. Hope everyone had a good holiday season. now time for a new year. hopefully this one will be better for me than last year. Although it isn't starting out too good weather wise. so cold out so this is a good thing for us quilters to stay inside and sew or quilt or do some crafty thing with fabric.
What is your resolution for this year? I have a few.. one is I am looking to get a newer machine one that has more stitches than the one I have right now.Hoping…

Good day to all. Hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays coming up. I sure haven't been. I am so on the late show. Hopefully one of these days I can get to catching up or at least finished with things.

I made a few things for the quilt reflections boutique here in Wpg and they sold really well made myself $50.00 how thrilled I was.. Glad to hear from you..
I'mo happy for you to be with your family member till you find a place. You deserved better.. Do send me your address so I can write you via mail.. leahritchott@gmail.com
I don't know how you could have kept your courage living in a homeless and keep safe, the things I hear of the homeless in Wpg isn't pretty.. Thank god for your hobbies/interests. Your brother is far greater person than my own brothers treating you with humane respect. Please tell him I'm proud of your brother for believing in you..
Hi lisa, been busy with things, hear you about pneumonia I went ER hospital for 1 week in 2015. Takes awhile to recover and then our lives take on a different agenda to avoid being sick again.. This is where quilting, sewing all those fun things and computer can keep our minds alive.. I joined a Seniors without walls which is a teleconference for the 55+ age group that offers presentations over the phone. One every 2 weeks is touching base with the US/Canada ladies.
You have it all, a ktn, family who love you, and talent, backed by the courage after cancer battles.. Now, a quilting family.
Hii Lisa thanks for joining Mini Madness hopefully the group will inspire you with pictures. We have been dormant lately but please visit would love to hear what you love about mini`s are you doing the one`s currently on CT
Lisa, where are you? We haven't heard from you since you started recovery from knee surgery. Are you OK? Others have been wondering, too. Hope all is OK. God bless.
Hi, Lisa; haven't heard from you since your surgery. Hope all is well and you are well on the road to recovery.
Hi Lisa,
Oh you have really got the tee shirt ...7 surgeries on your knee, that takes some guts to deal with, you must really be a strong woman, I sincerely the are totally successful this time and you r healed. The lord puts people in our paths who totally understand that's why we are empathic to each other. Chin up, prayers ablazing, trust and confidence in the man that matters. You r in my thoughts and prayers. Regards, Marianne U.K.
Hi Lisa,
Best wishes for Thursday, you will know of the intense physio after a knee op, I am sure Dianne will be able to put you in the picture, she has done well with her recovery. My surgery was a little different, hysterectomy together with the front and back repair to the virginal walls quite invasive, this must be due to having 11lb babies.....
Do take thins easy, I will be thinking about you, I will also be in hospital for 1 day getting the various tubes etc taken out.
Ttfn
Marianne
Lisa, read your post about red leg on Newbie Quilters. Keep a close eye on that. If the redness and swelling is constant and you develop pain and heat in the area, a possibility is cellulitis which is treatable with antibiotics; can be serious if not treated.
