Hi! Francine....just read your post and glad to hear it is not DH too. Well you know my heart is with you over your DD. I still mean all I said... and yes God will help you through these difficult times... and I am always here for you, and I shall pray everyday for you and DD. God Bless you my dear friend! I will check in to see how you are doing in a few days. Hugs Morgan

Francine, Oh how wonderful to hear from you. Please I know you cannot get back right away. I was not worry about it. I too, have times I am away. Things happen, and there are good days, some not so good. You my dear friend, have a lot to handle... and you must care for yourself as you can. Sorry that nothing has been found for your DH, as yet. Before I did not know he was ill, on top of your care you have with your daughter. I am praying for you that all could be so much better than they are for each of you. That better days come, an answer for DH so he can find relief... and you can have more time for you. I am always here if you ever want to vent... scream.... or even cry. You are such a wonderful strong woman.... and I had my son Jeff ill all of his 35 years up to now. I was in and out of hopitals, tons of doctors... and bills that were over 300 million and I just know good things happen to those who wait. Your days will improve some...and situtions too. I trust God.... is working on your situations.
Plus...... I trust God gives us moms those true hopes.... I feel he knows we are strong... and deserving to see our loved ones healed and better. I am so happy we are freinds. My days are better... Jeff is doing wonderfully good... and I do have so much to be Thankful for this year. Try to get some extra sleep somehow. That will help you .... and get back to me when you can. I am sending you very tight hugs.... and I am thinking of you...Hugs oxoxoxo Morgan

Do stay in touch, maybe we can meet for coffee or a little shopping at the Quilt Hut. We can do a little research, as I am sure that there is more than just the one QS on the island. The Walmart in Mililani closed out there fabric dept.--not too many happy quilters over that! We'll find somehting to get into! Good Holidays to you! Aloha, Andrea

Hi Francine,
So you are one of the many savy snowbirds that migrate to our island each winter? Good Choice! This must be a delightful break in the middle of a cold winter! I live on the windward side of the island. We have a Fabric Mart--which is a good place to stock up on your Hawaiian print fabrics, but not a lot of genuine quilt shops that carry the traditional lines that are out there. My quilt shop is the Quilt Hut. It is over on the Honolulu side of the island. Good quality fabric, but you really see that 'cost of shipping' reflected in her prices....I just can't bring myself to pay those kind of dollars when I can shop online and get good deals--even with the cost of shipping...so I mostly shop from home. Although nothing is quite like wandering rows of bolts of fabrics in oh so many pretty colors just begging to be touched. (I love fabric!) But her shop is nice, so you might want to stop by while here and treat yourself to a little something....Enjoy your holidays! Aloha, Andrea

Francine, I was thinking of you tonight and wondered if you were getting in that extra rest? I do hope you have taken the time for you! I am still doing rather well with my health. Did have just one bad time and that is due to the oxygen people trying to take it away. They came to my home and told me I had to give it to them, the big machine which is next to my bed. I called the police, and they came, my lawyer too, and I still have the machine. It upset me so I had to use the machine while everyone was yelling. Anyway.. I am finally getting back on my feet from the stress of that issue and I had some too with my DH and money. All seems to be ironed out and I shall be back to the group. I hope all is going good for you? Chat later....Big Hugs oxoxoxox Morgan

Hi Francine, I finally printed out the instructions as they opened for me. After I read thru that, I realized that the last step, #6, was printed on the first page and then steps1-5 were on page 2. So I think I have it all. I would like to try my hand at these and see if I like them . So I thank you for sharing and caring.....
