We have been back to Canada for over two years now and
are enjoying the quiet life of rural Nova Scotia. After spending 5 years in Georgia, my husband retired in 2013 and we are now living in the South Shore of Nova Scotia. I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. Over the years I lived in Saint John, New Brunswick, Halifax, Nova Scotia and in south eastern Ontario. I started quilting about 12 years ago, have managed to accumulate quite a stash, love to attend quilt shows and am totally addicted to quilting and machine embroidery.
I was a member of the Chattahoochee Evening Stars quilt guild,
and the Piecemakers Quilt Guild in Georgia. I just joined the Mahone Bay Quilt Guild and sew every Wednesday with the Patchwork Pals in Bridgewater.

The Present: Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that is why we call it the present. --------------------------- Striving for excellence is a positive quality, striving for perfection is self-defeating.
What other things do we look for beside the price when looking for a mover? there is a Co. that is willing to come see what we have to move and then give us a price...they are the ones we think we would want. We just don't know. I have always moved with a pick-up and some friends. mostly family, never have we moved long distance. I'm happy for you that your going back, is it a big house that your moving out of., and what size are you moving into? again, Thanks so much for kind works. Joanna
