I use Pellon Stacey (SF101) to stabalize my T-shirts... I have the general process that I go through for my T-shirt quilts on my page... Since they moved things around now on the pages, I'm not quite sure exactly where on the page, but it is titled "My T-shirt quilt process" or something like that! LOL!!
I signed up for classes at the Desmoines show in Oct. I can't wait either
We also have a boston terrier and yes Dahli does boss him around. I can't wait to hear how your classes go and what you took. Keep me updated. :) Nancy
WOW, just looked at you pictures. Your quilts are really beautiful. I am a newby . Have been sewing and piecing off and on for many years. Since High school i guess. I took a strip quilting class back in the 90"s but never finished the quilt. I started hand quilting it. Then when my oldest was pregnant last year i decied i wanted to make a baby quilt which i tied. i didn't quilt it so really it is a comforter but it turned out really cute.
anyways, Thanks for sharing. they are beautiful.

Right now i am working on my Scrappy Friendship Quilt top. 30 women in the iowa quilters group sent 10 - 6" squares of fabric to each other. 5 lights and 5 darks. the gal sho coordinated it gave us 9 patterns to choose from. It has been fun working on itand it was really fun getting all those envelopes of fabric. it was like christmas in the mail everyday. :)I am working on the borders now and when i get the top pieced i will post some pictures.i would like to machine quilt it myself but i need to take a few lesson first. we'll see. Hope you have a great day. Nice talking to you. Nancy
I hope you enjoy the show and the classes. It sounds like a fun and learning thing to do. I am sitting up waiting for my daughter to make it back to S.C. after leaving my home where she was visiting us on her vacation.
