I know you ladies can help...I have searched online for the price of the Babylock Soprano sewing machine. Seems like the price if the higher end machines is a well kept secret! Can anyone give me a ballpark idea on price?
I have several quilts that I want add buttons on. They are for a snowman, eyes, mouth, belly and Santa eyes. What is the most common way to do that? Is it done after all quilting is done? You can see on the back where you attached them to the front? I can't really vision any other way.......anyone have ideas on that?
Yes, the quilt was complicated (although probably not as complicated as I made it). It is my younger son and his wife's wedding quilt. I asked each of them to select fabrics from my stash that appealed to that person. Then, like in marriage, I had to mix everything together and make it look okay. So, there is everything in it from baseballs to autumn leaves. I am not a scrappy quilter as a rule so it was tricky.
Hi Jo. The Bargello in the Round looks more complicated than it is -- takes an awful lot of time to sew your stratas together (you need 6) and pressing is a must and takes a while as well. But it was fun to see it take shape. Thanks for the comment.
