- I'm a happily married mom of two grown boys. I'm also a cat lover and at the moment have 4 spoiled kitties only because my hubby says I can't have 5!
I started tole painting after taking classes with a friend many, many years ago, and then started quilting after coming to work at Crafts Americana in 2001. I still enjoy doing both although finding the time to do either is a challenge right now.
Here at Crafts Americana I'm the Purchasing Assistant for all three of our divisions: Connecting Threads, The Artist's Club, and Knit Picks.

Laraine, thank you. QWU has been such a wonderful place to get away from the things of the world and enjoy new friends and sharing our love of quilting. When I went to the site I was shocked at some of the icons. We all, including me, need to be careful where we go on the internet. I have to say this is without a doubt one of the cleanest places to go and it is my prayer it stays that way!!
