I began my quilting experience through an adult education program at our local school system about 22 years ago. I love to applique and hand quilt. I know that in the interest of time that I have to learn how to machine quilt. Over the years I haven't met a quilter that I didn't like.

Hi Em! So happy that you like my quilts. I've been quilting for over 20 years...love it. My husband is a retired UPS driver and he delivered in Hoosick Falls about 25 years ago. It's a beautiful area. Look forward to hearing from you again. Take care. Linda
Hi Linda, Well the weather man played with our heads again. Iwas looking forward to a nice snow day wne I could stay at home and play. Not happening. I woke up to find my daughters school is on a 2 hour delay which means I have to go over to her house to babysit. No play day for Nanny. Just heard the first snow plow go by. I love all those grandkids too but 5 days a week, I think it's OK for me to look forward to a snow storm. LOL. Have a good one. - Jane
Hi Linda, It's cold here today on Long Island, and I know snow is coming but I'm not sure when. some say tomorrow snow showers and others say Wed. As long as it snows enough to close school I'm happy. One of my daughters is a teacher and I babysit her children every day at her house. Soooo, if she doesn't have to go in, I can stay home and quilt some. Your bunny wallhanging inspired me to keep my eyes open for an Easter bunny wallhanging and I found it in Mar. 2009 Quick Quilts. So, that's my plan. got the fabric, need the time. Keep warm. - Jane
Our Bichon , Merry, is 11 yrs. old. She's a real excape artist. She's always finding a way our of the fenced in yard and chases after joggers, etc. She would never hurt anyone, I've trusted her completely with all 8 grandchildren (actually she's very protective and loving especially to the babies), but just recently someone called Animal Control and an officer came to the house to tell me to keep her on her own property. So that's been my challenge. I don't know how she's getting out, we just put all new fencing around the yard and still she escapes. The lab just lays there looking at me as if to say"I didn't do it Mom".
Back to your quilt, I think its just adorable. Gotta do one!
