The retreat is over, but we all are planning for next year. We had a great time working on new projects and completing old UFOs. We developed new friendships and deepened old friendships.Friends stopped in to say hello and folks staying in the hotel stopped by too. It was a great weekend. It was sad to say goodbye...but there's a little (maybe not so little) gremlin already at work for next year. Shhh..... it's still a secret until an announcement is made.
I highly recommend the Rural Thimble by Miller's Dry Goods in Charm, OH for a quilt retreat. They thought of everything....about the only complaint was they needed some padding on the ironing boards. We had so much fun and if you ran out of something, all you had to do is run next door to Miller's and buy it plus they gave you a 10% discount the whole time we were there! Needless to say we ran in there quite a bit!!!

The moment is almost here when I can finally move back into my sewing room. Right now I can move in the Elna, but I'm trying to figure out a way to bring in the Pfaff too. I have a friend who comes over and sews strips and/or squares for me.
