Hello Linda, have not talked much with you, however I am kind of the groups planning committee. I need you to send me a email so I can send you some information that is important about our get together Tuesday and Wednesday night. All I can say is I cannot put it on the group on here. Surprise or something like that. Get my drift here. No better way to say it. Please send me a little note you got this to email@example.com thank you. Looking forward to meeting you at the show.
Linda, If you can't find the book (it was published some years back) you can borrow the pattern from me some day when I uncover the book in Molly McGee's quilting room. (It may be awhile before I find that book, or maybe not long at all. Depends on whether it is in the shelf where the books are supposed to be at, or if it is lost elsewhere in Molly's quilting room.) See you at next guild meeting!
Linda-That is one of my creations. It's a paper pieced pattern from the 50 Fabulous Paper Pieced Stars by Carol Doak. This one is the Maine Star. It was my first time paper piecing and I thought that it would be hard, but it wasn't! I love paper piecing now. Plus it's a great way to use up scraps!! Gotta like that.
Thanks for joining the group. You're gonna have fun!!
