About Me

I am a teacher now working as a school guidance counselor. I am married to my soul mate and have a wonderful daughter. I learned to sew from my grandmother. I used to sew my own clothes and sew Halloween costumes for my daughter.

Now I am in love with quilting and embroidering. I have made wall hangings, a quilted bag and lap quilts. I love traditional quilting and blocks but I am also interested in watercolor and three dimensional quilting. I like combining quilting and embroidering as well. I am currently working on a baby quilt with embroidered baby animals on each block.

I am happy to join this club and I am looking forward to learning from eachother.
