This was made for a special lady in my life that I have watched grow up since she was a little girl and now she has a baby girl. For any of you in the Pacific Northwest... a sunshiney day is sometimes rare. And what is scary as I sit here at work looking out at the sunshine, is not that I want to go home, it's that I still want to go home and sew.

Those are neat. Are the black blue and green ones from "Galactic Explosion" BOM? If so that's neat cause I am doing that too. Anyway the blocks are pretty.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2010, for you and your family, send, WandaI'm not a native Oregonian, but my husband is.He grew up in Eastern Oregon. I graduated from Franklin HS, Portland. We lived in Portland for about a year or so in the mid 70s, then returned in 1989 and were in Beaverton for 15 years. We are now in Yakima, care givers for my folks. Our kids all live in Oregon still, mostly the Beaverton area.
I love your teapot runner - had not seen that one before. You've probably noticed I have several tea themed quilts. I'm having a hot cup of Chai as I write! Yum yum
