Hi, hope you are having a good day. I am actually doing some crocheting instead of quilting today. I am making some bookmarks to put back as Christmas presents. Then I need to get started on a baby quilt. Well, I suppose I should get back to work. I hope you have a great weekend. 8>)

I'd love to see your landscape projects when they are finished. I've been wanting to try it myself, but can't decide on which technique. I've looked at Nancy Zieman's video, Mosaic Picture Quilts book, and Accidental Landscapes book for inspiration, but haven't taken the plunge yet.

Hi, here is the link but there are other things there, some are free and some cost. So pay attention before you click on something. Thimble thoughts

Hi, I don't know about purchasing the tape of the one seam method. I just ran across it at their site and was tickled to death, I just had to share with everybody. It would be nice if he had a whole bunch of tips and quick methods we could buy. Maybe I will have to do some more digging 8>)

Hi Marcia!
Thanks for the friend invite. I love landscape quilts but do not make them, I just appreciate them. My landscape quilt was my first attempt and was a really quick and easy project that just happened to turn out! What type of art quilts do you do?

Hi Marcia,
I will happily be your friend! You're right, I am VERY blessed to have such a fun and wonderful job, and to work with such great people! I pinch myself all the time because I feel so fortunate.
Happy Quilting!

Hi Marcia,
Thanks for "friending" me. My dad was raised in MA, but I've only been there once - such beautiful country! I'd love to see photos of your quilts!

Hi Marcia, I am also a "Marcia" and a new quilter living in Las Vegas, NV. I have sewn scrubtops for years and have tons of leftover material so I really need to get into doing the quilting thing more. I made one over several years but am going to have to had quilt it as it is "catty wompered" and does not fit onto my bottom piece at all. Any suggestions.

About Me
Third generation quilter. Quilt with 92 year young Mom. Have done commision work and sold a number of my quilts. Quilting is a relaxing endeavor for me. My life is usually a bit insane. Hope to learn some new things in your quilt group as I have from the number of quilt clubs that I have belonged to. I've found that quilters are a wonder group of people that are sharing a love in their lives.
