It was great hearing from you. No...we are not near Stockton or Ellsworth, although I do have cousins in Ellsworth. Sharon Springs is at least 2 1/2 hours west of either place. We are located about 13 miles from the Colorado border, south of Goodland if you know where that is. Maryam and I have become close friends although I have only met her once in person. She met me in Hays for a day when I was taking a friend there for radiation treatment. We had a lovely visit, even though it was only for a few hours.
Have a great time in Texas! Will look forward to getting to know you better.
That was a wonderful lady--seems to me this dog was meant for you---my girls took awhile to be housebroken--I think Cheryl had some really great advice--it wiil take time but if you are committed it will work and this little guy will be the love of your life---I'm sure he may be thinking when the next move will be--probably not too sure right now--if only he could talk!
Mary B.---for your new family "member'--congats--a lot of patience--love and little treats as you go--and time---sounds like the little one might have come from a mill maybe--i have 2 Schitzu--Bichon mix--they are very loveable dogs and very active--and very smart-- keep me posted please---

Merry Christmas Mary! I am sorry to hear about the loss in your family. I can imagine it's difficult this time of year, especially for your mom. Just have patience and take good care of your health. I think your mom just needs some space and time to deal with it all, and it's good that she knows you are just across the street and ready to drop and run for her whenever she needs you. God Bless you!
If you ever get out, I would be happy to meet you somewhere if I can! I will call you on Monday after Christmas. I am glad you found some sewing time! I think that is great therapy!!! We went to the city and got my sewing table so that was nice! We got our shots fine and returned safely to home. Today we are not going anywhere...thank goodness lol I think this will be the first day we didn't drive off somewhere!!!
