I am brand new to quilting, just starting my very first one. I am married to my best friend. Took us a long time to find each other, but 12 years and we're still going strong. I have two grown sons and a grand daughter that is the love of our lives. I love sewing, reading and meeting new people.
wow, you have been busy! Good for you!. I have been busy working in the field getting it ready for a big couple of days coming up at the end of the month for a Field Day....I think close to 200 the one day and maybe 100 the second day. Then I will be going up to O'Neill, NE for my younger daughter's wedding. I think after that I might be able to relax here and there until harvest starts. I know there are meetings in St. Louis coming up in Oct and Nov but our son will be starting preschool so I won't be going to those. However, my husband won a big award so we will be going to Hawaii in Oct after that meeting!!!! We're pretty excited about that! Sorry we haven't been able to connect....but I hope to chat with you sometime soon!
Thank you Pamela! That particular quilt was just given to my elder daughter for her wedding gift. It actually had 2 sides so it's a reversible quilt. I can't wait to see yours! Sounds like you have been busy stitching away!!! I have a lot of projects partially completed but just don't have much time right now. I hope to get back into it more when the little guy starts preschool and on to full days of school after that. I hope you have a great weekend too. Have you been getting storms there too? We have been getting plenty of rain but nothing severe so far, thank God!
When you open this window to type your message, there are icons across the top bar.... the second one is "image" that you click on then it will give you another window to browse through your folders etc. on your computer to find the image you want to share. You will double click on whatever photo you want to show and then the thingy will spin until it's ready then when it's ready it will fill in the pixels etc then all you have to do is OK it!
