Time and practice is what it takes to get them square--and a square up ruler and a lot of patience. I run short on the patience though. I hope you got your special time for quilting on your special day. Do you look around at the posts on this site to see all the beautiful work. I love to go and see all the quilts and purses and whatever anyone else has made. I get a lot of ideas from visiting the other pages. Check out the quilt alongs and see what they have going on,I am sure you would enjoy it. Chat later......
Hi Patricia, Have a Happy Birhday, haven't chatted in a while. How are things going in your neck of the woods. I get up to Whitby a couple of times a month, we should make plans to meet for "coffee" someday.
Hi Patricia, I was away scrapbooking all day, just read your message. My favourite colour is green so not necessary to convince me of that choice LOL. Look at my Gypsy Crosses quilt on my page, I have seen that done in turquoise and cream and it was totally different and very elegant with a different border. Unless she likes real flowery stuff, keep it clean and classical and it will last over decades of use.
