I am currently recovering from right hand surgery. I am a dental hygienist and had a severly dislocated thumb. So I am sitting here pecking with one finger and frustrated because I cannot sew! it may be almost three months! so I am trying to fill my frustration with reading about other quilters. I have been quilting for several years, but have recently taken it more seriously.

I knew I wasn't the only one intimidated by this! I hope your surgery went well. I'm facing another back fusion surgery in a few months, but I can still quilt!!!! Like I said I want to learn how to make those stunning tops. I've done several large queen quilts and actually paid to have someone quilt the tops. Not in my budget now. Let me know if you run across any useful info. Take care, Diane
