Welcome back Pat, I am in Arizona and the weather here is fantastic, however, my kids and friends keep us informed about the weather back home and it isn't good.I am glad you have gotten your life back on track and happy quilting days are ahead of you. I have made a lap size baby quilt (will post picture later) since I have left home and worked a lot on my EPP tumbling block quilt, I also started to hand quilt a king size quilt, but haven't worked much on that one. Hi Pat, I'm sorry to hear about your divorce. You sound like you're doing OK, but it's hard to tell from a posting on a discussion group. I hope your quilt top appears soon. I love what you did to mine and I'm sure you'll love yours. Barb

Well, I just found this and see that I am way behind. Should have been checking in more often. I did finish my YTRR but do want to applique` some flowers to it. That is in the UFO's I am working on. Good to find your message. Alpha

PS, several weeks ago I sent you a friend request...did you get it? The computers have been wierd lately...I checked my page a few days ago and there were messages that I hadn't been notified about. Wrote to the webmaster and there wasn't much help there...at least not yet...

Thank you so much for your comments!! I do my own quilting - except for my bargello which I sent out and I've now had the Wish upon a Star professionally quilted. I'll post a picture when I've finished the binding. The only quilt I designed was the one with the teapot, the rest are patterns I've either followed or started with and branched out! I have a hard time following patterns exactly.

I love minis - there is a group on this site if you've not already joined. I copied the pattern from the Miniature Quilt magazine (no longer being printed). It really is easier than it looks - just sew on the line!

Congratulations on your A New Day! I have mine only half finished and have been working on this year's Hugs and Kisses. Last year I was making it from my stash but this year I actually bought the fabric kit. Are you working on one this year?
